At Elitetimepieces.com, we strive to provide the highest quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy below.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received.
- The item must be returned with all tags, manuals, and accessories.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@elitetimepieces.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for returning the item.
2. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Please note:
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error.
3. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@elitetimepieces.com. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. Please include pictures of the damaged or defective item in your return request.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order for the desired item.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom or personalized items.
- Items purchased with a discount of 50% or more.
- Gift cards.
6. How to Return an Item
- Contact us at info@elitetimepieces.com with your order number and return reason.
- We will send you a return authorization number and the return address.
- Package the item securely, and ship it back to the address provided.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will notify you about the refund status.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or payment provider. Then contact your bank, as it may take additional processing time before a refund is posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@elitetimepieces.com.
