1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for items that meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Customized or bespoke timepieces.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Damaged items caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
- A restocking fee of 10% may apply for certain returns.
4. Exchange Policy
- Items eligible for return can also be exchanged for a different product of equal or greater value.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- Package the item securely with all original materials and include the RA number in the package.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping fees, after verification.
